Kawther Ljustermo is a Palestinian-Swedish poet and writer. She was born in Gaza, Palestine, and currently resides in Stockholm, Sweden.
Kawther studied Arabic literature, language teaching, and pharmacy. Her short stories were taught at Al-Aqsa University in Palestine, and her texts have been translated into several languages, including German, Danish, Spanish, Persian, and English .
